How long after I purchase do you dispatch my order?

We make everything to order, so that you can customise your piece to match your metals choice etc. Each product page specifies the lead time for creation of your custom piece. This ranges from 1 week to 4 weeks, depending on the work involved in your chosen design.

Please ensure that you order in plenty of time before your required date. If you have a rush order we will do our best to accommodate you.

The advertised lead times may be changed at busy times, depending on the work load, as there is only one person creating everything. You would see this on the product page before purchase.

Do you Offer a Fully Custom Service?

We love brides that have a creative vision for their accessories! Please contact us if you want to tweak any of our designs to your taste. We can work with you to plan a custom piece.

Are your flowers pure white?

Our flowers are ivory coloured. We use a white clay to create most of our flowers, but the curing process does cause it to darken slightly, so you will not get a crisp white product.

As is normal, colours may appear slightly different when viewed on different devices. We do make a good effort to ensure that our pages show accurate colours, both in the photos and the description.

What is your shipping cost and method?

All orders domestic to New Zealand have free delivery. All domestic orders are dispatched by tracked courier, and should take 3-5 days within New Zealand.

If you wish to purchase from outside New Zealand please contact us for a shipping cost, which will vary depending on the item purchased and country.

What about International Taxes and Customs?

Any international taxes or customs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Bel Fiore Studio cannot accept any responsibility for these if incurred. We would suggest you check your country's laws before ordering.

Bel Fiore Studio can also not be held responsible for any delays caused by an item being held by Customs once dispatched.
